I have totally experienced this when camping. I wake up early but feel more refreshed. Does anyone else have the same experience?
I wonder if there are ways to incorporate this into our routines at home (besides sleeping in our yards of course). We practice Sabbath most Sundays where we try not to use electricity, including artificial lights. It makes you sleepy when the sun goes down and all is dark.
Just one week without artificial lights can magically make you a morning person.
